Glassware products care instructions explain that they are to be hand washed only.  They should not be allowed to soak in water to avoid damage or lifting of the artwork image.  Customers are advised to towel dry immediately after each use. Ceramic products that have sublimation artwork can handle being cleaned in the dishwasher.

 

Apparel that has been created using vinyl, sublimation, screen printing, ink to garment and rhinestones processes can be washed by hand or machine. However it’s advised to turn the item inside out, wash in cold or warm water and hang to dry for best results and longevity of the garment.  Dress shirts with embroidery work can be sent to the dry cleaners as well as machine washed. 

 

Products come with a 30 day warranty, no refunds, or exchange unless the merchandise is defective.  In which case customer must notify us within five days of receipt and return within seven in original condition. All sales are final.
